The Operation Theatre & Anaesthesia Technology (OTAT) - Lateral Entry program is structured to provide comprehensive knowledge & practical experience over several semesters. In Semester III, students delve into Pathology, Medicine, and the Principles of Anesthesia. Semester IV covers Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Microbiology, and Basic Techniques of Anesthesia. Semester V focuses on the Basics of Surgical Procedures, CSSD Procedures, Advanced Anesthetic Techniques, and Basic Intensive Care. In Semester VI, students study Specialized Surgery and Anesthesia and Electronics and Technology in Surgery and Anesthesia.
