Guru Gobind Singh College of Education is dedicated to serve the nation by developing numerous educational, social, and moral values and skills among teachers of future generations. Guru Gobind Singh College of Education includes B.Ed., M.Ed. and Ph.D. Courses. The college was established with a mission to prepare teacher educators who have sound knowledge base, essential professional skills and human qualities. It aims to provide a deep insight of life skills to address the global needs of 21st century. The department is committed to break new grounds in educational research, nurture the existing potentials and encourage inter-disciplinary and collaborative research and also focusing on grooming prospective teachers to meet the challenges encountered by advancements in the use of ICT in classroom instructions.
