The programme focused on strengthening farmer–institution linkage with special reference to applied agricultural technologies and entrepreneurship. During the interaction, farmers unanimously suggested the formation of a “Kissan Club” at Guru Kashi University to maintain continuous knowledge-exchange and advisory.

Outcome: Kissan Club initiative approved for periodic seasonal advisory on queen bee rearing, floral calendar mapping, and disease monitoring.
